Snow Peak Smoke Meister Mokumo

The stainless steel Smokemeister was designed in Japan and is intended for easy smoking. Use it for backyard barbecues or campfield cookouts to create a variety of smoked goods. Add wood chips and a few hot coals to the bottom of the Smokemeister, then stack meats, fish or cheese on the nets. The Smokemeister features a stand frame, six nets, a juice pan and storage case, as well as an adjustable lid for controlled ventilation.
